A Proven Track Record

Following a global consulting career, John Keighley founded Engage Performance in 2013 to focus on his passion for helping visionary business leaders achieve outstanding results by engaging their entire workforce in optimising performance.

Since then, John has been joined by Ed Burns. Between them, they have an exceptional track record, repeatedly helping their clients to achieve 10% to 25% improvements in critical KPIs within 3-6 months and profitability improvements of £500k to £5 million in the first 12-18 months.

In the thirty or so years I have been involved in the manufacturing sector, John is without doubt the most effective and pragmatic consultant I have had the pleasure to work with.
